Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our support team before returning the product.


Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
